"Marcus has a horticulture degree and really understands the science behind landscapes and ground structures. He prefers to use natural stone on all of his projects, however since I had purchased the manufactured concrete pavers he agreed to use them. He is good at explaining how his projects are planned, the rational behind the materials he uses, and what options are available. He and his crew of two were respectful of my property, cleaned up well, and I am happy with their work. They completed laying out the base material for the 7'X21' patio on a Friday afternoon and completed laying the pavers by early Saturday afternoon."

"I have had an excellent experience with them. They were very flexible. They came in with suggestions and we sat down and talked it over and they were really flexible about my preferences. There was some work that we actually did along side of them and they just did an excellent job of scheduling, I am disabled, so they would kind of rearrange things to suit my hours. They were just very flexible and very professional. Their price was very reasonable."

"The wall was removed and replaced with great professionalism. The two man team work together with accurate precision and knowledge. Was very safe with their equipment and tools, watched for the children of the neighborhood and traffic (we are in a subdivision). I give them two thumbs up."

"For all pricing, it's always critical to have a detailed estimate. Weekly lawn maintenance is timely, efficient, well done. When there is a cleanup, after a storm, they provide great prompt service. I have called them to remove large branches, trim trees. They are always conscious of power lines and preventing other hazards.

Improvements to my irrigation system are a great value, true professionals, they get it done right and never hesitate to address issues

A few years ago they put in a zen like garden spot with bamboo fencing and stone flooring. Eco friendly and still beautiful.

Office Manager, Deanna, solves problems swiftly w/immediate communication throughout the organization. If she says they'll get done, they do. Quotes, billing, customer service is excellent. Irrigation manager, Randy, is the best. Knowledgeable, practical, responsive, does the installations w/his team. "

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Rossville, KS

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
