"I an writing this review to describe what your should experience could be like if you do business with Prefered Pools and Pavers. Just like any contractor, they will promise the world, yet the result from those promises will cost you a fortune later on. In addition to the paver patio I paid to have installed, I also hired them to install a drain for the downspouts as well as applying a Sealent on the pavers after the work was laid down. The result of the lack of sealent is weeds and grass growing between the pavers. The growth is thick enough to trim with a lawn mower. Dan knows what they did not follow through with their promises, and 2 years after they walked off the project, the work is still not done. The two mistakes that I will take ownership of is 1. Paying them the balance of the project before it was completed. 2 Hiring Prefered Pools and Pavers for this project. Lesson learned!"

Iâ m not saying they can do that all the time because I donâ t know butâ ¦ I contacted Angieâ s list. They contacted me. I hired them and they came the next day and by 2 PM, it was all wrapped up! "Leandro the manager and Maria are a pleasure to work with. We went over the job to replace and seal all the pavers around my pool, select the pavers and replace the bottom portion of our pool screen which were 11 years old. The work team of 3 was professional, hardworking, paid attention to detail and very knowlegeable. They arrived on time everyday, worked diligently, left work areas clean, were friendly and always checked to see if I was happy with the work at the end of each day. They did an amazing job and created a beautiful pattern with the pavers recommended by Maria. They charged a fair price. I got 9 quotes and they were in the middle price wise. Our family loves our newly renovated backyard. Thank you for the incredible work your team did and your suggestions. I wanted a more modern look but still maintain he Spanish style of our development and your company achieved the look. We are very satisfied with the work CS Homes performed, will definitely use them again when needed and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company."
