"Always On Generator has been outstanding from the initial presentation by William Hawkins, the owner of the company, to the final information session for homeowners. On the day of the final load test and electrical permit inspection, all went perfectly. Dustin, a mechanical engineer and electrician, reviewed the generator operation in great detail. He was professional and very informativeâ  a great teacher. My compliments to him. Hats off to the office staff as well. I particularly want to mention Trishia, office manager. Her skill in juggling the schedules and our multiple requests has been outstanding. She demonstrates a 5-star rating for customer service. It has been a pleasure to work with her during the process from contract to completion. After comparing three companies, we selected Always On for our Generac whole house generator based on the recommendations of our neighbors and the companyâ  s competitive price. If our example is typical, Always On doesnâ  t need to spend money advertising for new customers. Satisfied customers are the best and most reliable form of advertising. Again we are grateful that we chose William Hawkins and Always On. Their work and customer service philosophy are so excellent that we remain their customer through their Deluxe service package. We highly recommend the company." Bob Grabowski"

"5/21 /25 Kensy installed a generator transfer switch into our electrical panel box and also installed an extra outside electrical outlet that I needed next to my AC unit . Kensy showed up on time , he was very professional and polite. He took his time, making sure everything was done correctly and explained everything to us on how to use the generator transfer switch. He cleaned up after all of his work was completed, If you are ever in need of a handyman do not hesitate to call him we were more than pleased with his work. Debbie"

"Very happy with the work Neil did with the new generator outlet he installed. We now have whole home generator capabilities when needed. He showed us how the setup works with our generator. Everything works as it should. His pricing was by far the best we were quoted. Will contact him again should we need any other electrical work done. Recommended!!"

"Our technician was very knowledgeable and personable. The repair was pricier than expected, but not outrageous. Our only drawback is that we had one outlet which worked prior to the repair which now does not, and it would cost us several hundred dollars to fix."

"They saved over 50% on my whole house generator over estimates from 5 other companies. They steered me away from an outside over sized propane powered unit to a smaller portable gas unit I hook up and start. Made all panel connections necessary and had me up and working the next day. Others estimated months (up to 6) to get a unit and complete the work."

"What started out as a request to fix my own mistakes upgrading outlets turned into a much needed remediation of a long delayed problem area. Our original 1975 electrical panal (see before pic) was having a meltdown which the pros at Swift Electrical Repair were able to quickly identify, make the necessary request for permitting, did a total replacement, including the old corroding grounding setup, mapping of all of the outlets in the house and scheduling an inspection of the work by the city. All we did was help answer some of the team's questions for where we needed help. Exceeding my expectations at each stage of the project, we are looking forward to partnering more with the team at Swift to help modernize our downtown Cape Coral home to bring it up to modern code standards. This is the new standard electrical work in SWFL. Great job. (Before and After pictures shown)."
