"First of all, the customer service is excellent. <br /> I have a standard driveway with a turnaround and wanted the smallest of their dumpsters delivered into the turn around. The truck that delivered the dumpster was very large and had a bad turning radius. I waved the driver in as he backed in the truck, but there was no way to get the dumpster in without running over some plants in my front yard. The driver warned me of that prior to backing up the truck and I agreed. I feel, however, that a smaller truck would be more appropriate for residential deliveries. <br /> They suggested that I put down plywood in the driveway so that the dumpster didn't scratch it. I took a trip out to Lowe's to get the plywood and it did the trick, but I feel that they could provide the plywood with the dumpster, to save the homeowner from the need to make an extra trip to buy some large pieces of wood. I'm glad they warned me. <br /> The dumpster itself clearly was very old and had many spots that were rusted out, with holes straight through it. That concerned me a bit because I have a young daughter. While I didn't want her playing near the dumpster and made sure to keep her away from it, it would have been VERY easy for her to cut herself badly on the rusty holes. I don't really expect a shiny and pristine dumpster, but I feel like this particular dumpster is beyond its reasonable lifespan and needs to be discarded/recycled. With this particular dumpster, for example, it is highly probable that if you were to throw a bunch of nails in it, that some of them would end up on your driveway. Next time you're driving on the highway and end up with a nail in your tire, it may very well have come from this dumpster being hauled along the same route.  <br /> I would use this company again, but I definitely would request that they send a dumpster in better condition and, if possible, a smaller delivery truck <br />"
