Murcia's promptly responded to our request for help, examined the roof and noted all 4 vents were failing (our home is 30 years old). They then promptly replaced all 4 vents, fixed the wood underneath, painted, reshingled and cleaned up all for less the the other (nameless) company wanted to charge for one vent!
