"My wife and I have used Manor Works for many years with great satisfaction. We may be one of only a few customers Manor Works serves in the Stafford, VA area. Francisco and his crew of three helpers are always punctual and professional. We stripped old wallpaper in our dining room and repainted the whole room afterward, which brightened it up. In our family room, we changed the color on the bottom of our walls below the chair rails, repainted the wainscoting, repainted the fireplace and mantel, walls and ceiling. In our powder room, we removed old 1970s tile on the wall, replaced the drywall and quarter round, and repainted the entire room with an accent wall behind the toilet. The powder room turned out to be a bigger job than expected! We repaired cracked crown molding and repaired holes left by a previous painting on the walls. Once done, we repainted that one wall. The rest of the room was already in good shape. The crew also fixed a small quarter-round job in another bedroom where we previously removed mirrored doors and remodeled it with a closet system a couple of years back. Francisco made minor repairs to the baseboard and quarter-round to give it a finished look. Francisco came back three times to repaint the accent wall behind the toilet, repair the wallboard work around the light switch, reconnect the ceiling fan electrical switch, which got disconnected and touch up the quarter-round painted white. Overall, we are delighted with the entire project. Our home looks freshly painted, more "formal" and eloquent than ever. The powder room remodeling completes upgrades of all three of the bathrooms in our home. I would highly recommend Manor Works to anyone looking to improve the interior or exterior of their home with reasonable pricing and guarantees on their paint quality. Thanks, Francisco and your crew, for your excellent work, communication, and professionalism."

"Wilbur's company did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my house. Their work completely transformed the look of my home. I highly recommend them and will use them again."

"Wow painted the interior of my home. They did an outstanding job and we can see the quality in their work. It looks great!!!"

"Mr Mendez has done countless projects in my house including interior painting and limewashing, chandelier and pendant light installation, wood panel building and installation, closet remodeling, exterior painting and deck staining, and more. He and Jose are always professional and timely. They are persistent in getting the job done right and every project they have completed in my house has been done at a high quality level. There is a reason I have gone back to them for numerous projects and recommend them to anyone in need of their own home projects. Highly recommend!"

"Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"Kris's painting Co, has shown excellent ability as it relates to skill and paint color matching."

"Five Star was one of 5 quotes I received, and by far was the most professional. Their quote broke down the cost into labor and materials by room. This made it very easy to understand what I was paying for, and adjust based on budget. They were also the most accommodating in terms of scheduling the work before I moved into the house which was critical. There team was professional and timely. They laid down plastic everywhere they painted to protect existing surfaces. Painting in each of the rooms looks exceptional. The team was willing to help out in small additional ways that were not originally contracted for, which I greatly appreciated. Clearly they wanted to provide the best service possible."

"We’ve been working with JW Home improvement for several years and are always delighted their work. Pedro and Luis did work for us for two days last week and it was terrific. It included soft-washing the house and painting/staining of exterior wood work. It looks great."

"I am very pleased with the work Omar's General Contracting did on my new shed build and installation. The team was responsive, respectful, worked fast, and showed up when they said they would. They poured concrete footings, built the 8x12 shed from a kit, installed an extra window that I purchased, installed the roof, and painted the exterior. It looks great!"

"Roberto is great, his crew was able to start right away, he quote came in less than others I got, and was finished painting my entire condo in less than 2 days. He was very accommodating. HOWEVER, I was told his painters would cover everything, which they clearly didn't- there are tiny paint splatters all over my hardwood floors, granite countertops, and bathroom mirror which I've been slowly chipping away for the last 2 weeks. I was also told that I didn't need to roll up my (expensive) rug because his guys would, and I came home the first day to it still laying on the floor with boxes and furniture on top of it, very disappointing."
