"The job went very smoothly. Greg had a challenge because the stairs are slightly uneven and curve slightly as they descend the hill. He had to create a prototype to gain an accurate visual line for the railing. Actually. price wise, this was less expensive than having a wood railing installed and looks so much better. His work was precise and he was very particular. I've had neighbors stop by to admire the installation. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with and very professional in his approach to the job. "Had contacted this company back in the fall of 2010.  One of their salesmen came out and give me an estimate of $200 to remove the fence.  He was going to call me back within the month to arrange for the removal, but I never heard back from him again.  Winter set in and never heard back from him.  In early 2011 I I phoned the company and left a voice mail message on their business phone and also sent an email to their website.  About a month later the owner called and apologized for no one getting back to me.  That salesman is no longer with the company.  He agreed to honor the price and do the work when the weather improved and all the snow we had melted.  The work was performed in mid-March.  One the owner got involved things got done. "
