"It went smoothly and timely. They brought in the fans and dehumidifiers and removed all excess moisture. Following this, they demo'd damaged drywall and flooring so my contractor could come in and begin repairs. "I called John @ W&MBG first thing in the AM after I found the 3 inches of standing water in the basement. He was on his way to work & I believe had multiple calls due to all the rain the weekend previous but returned my call promptly within about 20 minutes. They arrived just a couple of hours after I called which was acceptable & got right to work. After surveying the scene, dropping off crew & equipment they began pumping water out the the stairs & out. This took a while because there was too much water for the large pump to take at once so they used two small sump-sized pumps. Once enough water had been removed to begin hauling things up the stairs the crew helped me take all the furniture (both ruined & salvageable) up the stairs for inventory. The whole process took about 2 days total & the crew was prompt, hard working & respectful of my home. On the second day they came in the afternoon to remove the fans & the rest of their equipment. The debris wasn't removed until the 3rd day but John had informed me of this early on so it wasn't a problem. It has been 1 month since they were here & no mold has come in. I would recommend W&MBG to anyone in need of remediation services."
