"I downsized to a condo that was very tired when I bought it. It needed a complete overhaul and I had no idea of where to start. I met with Teang and she asked me lots of questions and showed me many concepts and was happy to work with me even though I really had no idea of what I wanted or my budget for the project. The only guidance I could give was I wanted a place that felt like home. I need to see something with my eyes to know if I will like it or not. I have a hard time to visualize what something is going to look like from a sketch or description. Teang had many ideas for different areas of my home from structure to colors and materials and I had to just trust that she knew what she was doing. But in every case I loved the end result and it was better than I could have hoped for. Teang was willing to work with me in the way I wanted to do the project. I wanted to use a contractor that I had used in many projects in the past for some of the work and I wanted to do some of the work myself. And she supplied the contractors for the more complicated tasks. It all ran smoothly. I look forward to working with her on the last phase as we remodel the bedrooms. I highly recommend her for any design and build project."
