Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Firstly Mrs.Rytel is such a nice and caring woman, she made sure she kept in close contact with me and made me feel very comfortable while she walked me through allot of different options pertaining to anything I needed help with around the house and etc..My front door was broken and they made sure to get to me asap knowing my urgent situation and at no cost so I will forever be greatful!!!
