They move something for me that was not in the scope of their practice damaged my wall in my house and didn?t take ownership to it, but I didn?t even hold that against them. It?s the fact that I went to mop my new floors that they put in the garage with the epoxy, and it started chipping up already just under a month after having them done when I contacted them they told me they did exactly as instructed and there was nothing else they could do for me basically weren?t gonna make it right. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."
