"I work from home and prefer to clean my own house. Over the past few months I have been traveling for work a lot and found myself too busy and too jet lagged to do my own house cleaning. After a quick Google search I found Spritz n Giggles and hired them to clean my apartment the day before I was to arrive from my most recent work trip. I spoke with Heidi who is a doll and very professional. I had my reservations about this type of service but she made me feel at totally at ease. When I walked in to my apartment that day, I almost screamed from the excitement; my place was immaculate and it smelled so fresh!! It was so nice being able to come home and just unwind after a long trip without worrying about any of the cleaning. Thank you so much Spritz n Giggles, you kick a**!!!!!! "In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."

"Carpets were still wet the next day. It did not smell as if any cleaner was added to the water. Carpets look almost the same but without the dog hair. Meaning, they look a bit cleaner and most of the dog hair was gone which actually was my biggest issue because vacuums do not get I all up. Did not like that I was asked to use my bathroom. That should be taken care of before you arrive to perform your service & is not appropriate. I also did not like that I was asked to review them before they even left & right in front of him. This is a way to get a good review because people don’t like to say anything negative when you’re right there. It is unprofessional and a false review as the carpets need to dry before you can make a determination. Also, he knocked down & broke a picture but said it fell. Even though it’s been there 6 months. No big deal but he should’ve taken responsibility. He did give a small discount but this was discussed prior to the broken picture. Fussing at your helper and showing frustration in front of your customer is uncomfortable and off putting. The discount wasn’t much as the areas cleaned did not add up to even 1 full room. All in all I feel as though they were okay and the carpet looks okay."

"The service was ok, but the problem came near the end of service which Lowe’s charged another $100.00 to clean the coils which should have been part of the overall cleaning, while paying for services to the technician, he submitted my credit card in his portable scanner ,which read card transactions did not go through, I check my account at that time and funds were withdrawn for that transaction, he continued to submit it again without my authorization which was $348.00 charged 3 times for a total of $1044.00, which was withdrawn from my account, call the bank which needed a authorization code to cancel transactions, Lowe’s could not provide any, tech called the office and was told several other customers were having the same problem being over charged because of their credit card system, so my money was tied up in dispute with my bank and Lowe’s, I don’t know about anybody else, I don’t have an extra $1045.00 laying around , while other schedule bills were coming through my account,which could have resulted in huge overdrawn charges, immediately I had to go into another account and take a cash advance to put back into my account to stop over drawn charges, total $69.80, 10/31/19, Lowe’s again tried to submit 2 transactions 11/4/19 $348.00x2 total $696.00. I had to take another cash advance for $700.00 to cover charge in my account, while it took about a week before my bank reversed all the charges that Lowe’s had submitted, I was out of $68.80, for cash advance fees ,Lowe’s claim it was not their fault and refused to pay for the advance fees, I should have not been put in this situation in the first place I’m sure other customers experience this same occurrence on 10/31/19 by Lowes credit card services,"
