They move something for me that was not in the scope of their practice damaged my wall in my house and didn?t take ownership to it, but I didn?t even hold that against them. It?s the fact that I went to mop my new floors that they put in the garage with the epoxy, and it started chipping up already just under a month after having them done when I contacted them they told me they did exactly as instructed and there was nothing else they could do for me basically weren?t gonna make it right. I?ve uploaded photos just to show that I?m not an angry Karen. I?m just very sad that they seem like really nice people, but they were just in it to make a dollar quick work and not quality. "It's the worst air duct cleaning company. Last week, they came and performed air duct and dryer vents, unfortunately, lot of dust still coming through the system. When j went and checked filter lot of dust piled up on the filter. The person who came up for air duct cleaning told me while leaving, he had cleaned filter, need not replace it for another 2months, but the very next day itself when I went checked lot of dust piled up onto filter."

"Carpets were still wet the next day. It did not smell as if any cleaner was added to the water. Carpets look almost the same but without the dog hair. Meaning, they look a bit cleaner and most of the dog hair was gone which actually was my biggest issue because vacuums do not get I all up. Did not like that I was asked to use my bathroom. That should be taken care of before you arrive to perform your service & is not appropriate. I also did not like that I was asked to review them before they even left & right in front of him. This is a way to get a good review because people don’t like to say anything negative when you’re right there. It is unprofessional and a false review as the carpets need to dry before you can make a determination. Also, he knocked down & broke a picture but said it fell. Even though it’s been there 6 months. No big deal but he should’ve taken responsibility. He did give a small discount but this was discussed prior to the broken picture. Fussing at your helper and showing frustration in front of your customer is uncomfortable and off putting. The discount wasn’t much as the areas cleaned did not add up to even 1 full room. All in all I feel as though they were okay and the carpet looks okay."
