"During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."

"We had a great experience with Malone Plumbing and Heating. We recently purchased a home that uses oil heat and has a tankless hot water system that was failing. Additionally the expansion tank was failing causing the pressure valve to being to fail. Tom was very professional, prompt and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote in writing. We did not feel pressured to make a decision and felt that we were well informed regarding the job before work began. Jim, who works in the office is great. He responded quickly to our concerns and questions and was very clear in his communication. The job was completed by Eric and Josh who both did a great job! "Excellent. I contacted Lou through Angis's list and he called me within 24 hours to set up a date to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. He arrived on time and looked over the work that needed to be done. He said he would e-mail me an estimate for the work which he did a couple of days later. I felt it was a fair price and told him he had the job. On Friday Lou was right on time and completed the work the same day and also removed all the old pipes and cleaned up the work are. I'm very satisfied with Lou's work and will use him again if I have any plumbing issues."

The company is extremely kind and efficient, from Shaun who helped us tremendously come up with our refacing our old wood-looking cabinets to a nice bright antique white cabinets which are beautiful. Matthew the installer and his team were exceptional, very neat and clean went above and beyond our expectations. Bob did our backsplash, which looks amazing, he also helped in the two bathrooms to help with plumbing for our new countertops. Mathew gave us great advice on the bathroom cabinets and added extra pullouts, which are fabulous. Jimmy put in additional lighting in our kitchen, which highlights the beautiful cabinets even more. Debra was fantastic to work with, very pleasant, and always kept us informed the day before of delivery of materials, and when staff would be arriving.
