"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

Then you find out for 32k it will run the refer, microwave and a light. When you question them they tell you it can?t power anything on a 220V circuit. So you will burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter. The system won?t even produce enough power to offset the grid power you use. IF THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND TRY AND SELL YOU ANYTHING, get rid of them. I?ve saved a friend from spending 48k with this company. I have also contacted the NC Attorney General?s office along with the BBB. They promised to install a generator to run my AC and after the solar was installed, they said no one told me that. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND ALL YOU?LL HEAR IS CRICKETS. Oh and if anyone is dumb enough to use this sham of a company , they will send you a video and make you turn the whole system on without sending anyone. "
