"A two-man team, Carlos (owner) and Alberto, both totally experienced, completed our two jobs in one day. The first job was to replace rotting siding on two dormer; the second was to replace missing stone shingles on our chimney and seal shingles all around the chimney that showed gaps. We're very happy with their work. Carlos likes to get to his jobs with no delay. They came the day after we agreed to his estimate, which was very reasonable. My initial contact was with their Sales rep who was extremely friendly and on time for the appointment. I loved working with him because he keep me well informed with everything that would be happening during the new roof installation,
My only issue with Roofing Inc. had to do with the staff who installed the roof. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves, but they did not communicate when they would be at my house and why they weren't at my house in the middle of the installation. If this
group would have communicated better then I would be giving this company an A+.
