"When you look out the window, you see a former ambulance pull up and you know everything is going to be great.  These  guys are a Rescue Team for sure!  On very short notice Mr. Adams fit me in so I could get to my plow before snow storm... "I contacted Joe to inquire about changing the locks on our main entrance door. He promptly replied, requested photos and within a day he agreed to pass by. He was very courteous and professional. He explained that the locks were in good condition, but we wanted to change them so he went ahead and did so.
