When he stopped by to provide an estimate, he carefully listened to what I was looking for and did not try to push any upgrades or extra frills with the install. He also explained during the time of estimate that there are delays in receiving doors right now. However, whenever I questioned the status of my door order, he promptly provided an update and always kept me informed as requested. Once my door arrived he was out here within 2 days and was finished with the install in under two hours. He was professional, prompt, and clean with the workspace. "From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

"This was one of the best purchases we have ever made! Our dog can go anywhere in our yard and we feel she is safe and secure. NO worries about her getting out of the gate or jumping a fence. They system commuicates with our cell phones so we know when she has challenged the boundaries, what kind of activity she has had for the day and when the battery is low on her collar. "Had a retaining wall extending away from our house with a defective brick cap with failing masonry and bricks falling away left and right. We also had several spots on our brick house where the brick either separated or noticeable masonry cracks were developing. Of the two contractors I considered, Pete came by and took his time to understand the issues, match mortar and to propose long-term fixes (the first contractor just looked over photos and planned to repair what was a poor design). During the job, he gave expert advice on what areas to keep an eye on moving forward (i.e. spots where the home brickwork design could be a problem later). He also noticed a neighbor's brick chimney was actually leaning by 5-10 degrees and advised her to think hard about a repair in the near future, noting an expensive repair was far better than a collapsed chimney. In my case, he removed the existing bricks from the top of the retaining wall, preserved the vast majority of them (removed the attached mortar), poured underneath a new concrete base and reinstalled the brickwork in a way that apart from the mortar (lighter white, but essentially identically to existing) was really hard to distinguish from the rest of the house. He also removed / repaired mortar around multiple cracks around the house. And in one tricky area, he removed the outer half of several bricks (which separated on their own) and cut bricks to replace and re-mortar in a way that was again hard to distinguish from the surrounding brickwork. This was a 2 day job for Pete to complete. While the job was a little expensive, it was well worth the investment to make sure that the repairs would fully reestablish the harmony and attractiveness of our exterior brickwork. I am honestly a DIY kind of homeowner who really dislikes bringing in contractors, but there is no way that I could have done this on my own, at least not without leaving behind a series of eyesores... So if you care about your brickwork's useful life and appearance, or you have a complicated repair job, I highly recommend Pete."

"Once we contacted Accurate Fence, an appointment for a quote was set up right away. The gentleman that provided the quote, was, at first, extremely responsive and professional. He responded to all of our questions almost immediately, which was very reassuring that we were dealing with a good company. Once we signed the contract and sent in 1/2 of the payment, the treatment changed. The same gentleman was supposed to come over and roughly stake out the property (which is standard) to make sure they wouldn't be hitting any utility lines. He would make appointments with us and then just not show up, no call or email. We would have to follow up with him. This made us very nervous, but everything ended up working out. The fence crew and delayed their installation date the night before the install; however, agreed to come over Saturday, the day before Easter, to install the fence. The installation crew was very professional, hardworking, friendly and very skilled at their job. They have fence building down to a science. We really like the way that the fence turned out. <br />"

Opens/closes by car controller, keypad, internet, and iPhone App. Wife and I are so pleased. Leaving 5-star reviews everywhere. Will want to look at house locks sometime... and probably a small security safe and will look to A&A for whole home security."
