"OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! Stacy, the online contact, was very educated and friendly. Mike, one of the owners, came out and gave us an estimate. He took his time to come into our house, to figure out the framing of our view. He explained they should trim up a bit higher, because in the winter, the branches will bend ten feet with snow and water on them. Glad he said that. Then went outside to to identify the trees to cut and trim. He also showed us trees that were dead or dying. Thank you for that, Mike! They were right on time. They reviewed what was to be done. The owner was there outline what was happening. The crew is TOP NOTCH! They were very efficient and did a great job. One person cut, one was working the shredder, the other delivering the limbs and branches. WHY WOULD YOU HIRE THEM? Because they are the best in the business! They had me stand on the deck, so they could make sure they trimmed up high enough, for a beautiful view of the water. Cost effective. Made sure I was happy, before leaving. hauled away the trees and blew down the driveway, cleaned up so you never knew they were there. EXTREMELY SATISFIED! I HAVE THEM ON SPEED DIAL."

"It went great!  They responded to our call for an estimated within a couple of days.  The person explained what needed to be done and how it would be handled by their company.  I had attempted to have another company come out to give us another estimate but they failed to return our call.  My husband and I felt very comfortable with this company and we set up a date for the removal of the trees. <br /> The workers arrived on time.  They were very polite and answered all of our concerns and questions.  The job took approximately 5+ hours.  They took the trees down and cut them into 16 inch lengths as we requested.  They piled them in an area that could be easily assessed.  They shredded the remainder of the trees and asked if we would like some of the shavings for the yard which we did.  They removed all the debris and it looked like they had never been in the yard.  The workers were very efficient and definitely knew what they were doing.  <br />   <br /> The office crew was very friendly and helpful.  It was a pleasure working with this organization and I am sure that we will use them again in the future. <br />"

"BID- Process was great.  Very thorough; included a Sales Rep (Ron) who is also a certified Arborist.  He arrived on-time, spent quality time walking through the yard answering questions and giving advice (we drilled him) on not just cut, but function.  Ron knows his trees.  The estimate included him tagging the trees, pictures, a detailed description of the work, and a typed estimate.  We got two other bids; and they were all in the same ball-park for costs.   I read some of the older reviews which included some negativity, and decided to go with these folks anyways based on the preparation, success a neighbor had just had with them, and their clear desire to make me happy (e.g. they don't change you until you confirm you are 100% satisfied with the work). <br> <br>EXECUTION-  The team showed up on time on the date committed.  They were nice, fast, clean, and good.  Although I would have preferred trunk removal/ stump grinding be done the same day in my case, they were done in a second stage a week later, and also done quick and cleanly <br> <br>I would definitely recommend this company; and hire them again myself! <br> <br>"
