"Now remodeling came out to give me a free quote. Their tech and salesman Tyler originally had a span of gutters over 35 ft with one down style and a second set that had a downspout which would have ended up putting my walkway and driveway. He was extremely pushy in demanding a down payment in order for me to secure the lowest price. I mention that I wasn't ready for gutters and still had my house to paint. We came to an agreement that I would contact them when I was done painting, give them my gutter color choice and schedule a date for installation. After finishing the house paint I contacted a gutter company for a second quote. I decided to go with this more detailed and thorough quote. I contacted now remodeling to inform them I wanted to cancel my contract. Tyler informed me that I was not entitled to any of my down payment back. He claimed additional work was done that had not been done, this included work done in my free estimate. He breached his contract and falsified information to collect more than the 15% they were entitled to. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service."

"Ken is AWESOME! He was the Only one who responded to my need. It was Thanksgiving day and my kitten had already spent a day and a night stuck high in a tree and afraid to get back down. It was such a cold night I couldnt have her go through another! And thats exactly what Ken said too when he read my need. He was at my house within 30 minutes Thanksgiving day.
