"Brad is the owner of this business and my primary contact for the project. The guy knows trees. We lost 4 trees to the drought, and he pretty much pegged exactly what had happened to them just by looking at them, such as when we'd let the lawn die, the last time a tree had been trimmed, etc. He gave us several options for work and pricing, and we decided on the priciest options to get the necessary work done at once rather than spread it out. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves, worked with us to save the cut trees for firewood, mulched the stumps and piled the mulch in nice tidy piles convenient for us to use in our yard, gave us GREAT advice on caring for the trees we still have and on replacing the dead ones. He was responsive, showed up exactly when he said he'd show up, was done when he said he'd be done, and was very professional, as was his crew. He even checked in with our neighbor to give her a heads up that debris from the removal of one of the trees would probably fall into her yard. Just really, really impressed with them from start to finish. Would highly recommend Brad and his crew and would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"<p>We had done the hardscape and design of our backyard, but needed help finishing the "heavy lifting". Suncrest brought in the dirt, lots of dirt, to fill the flower beds, repaired our sprinklers and drains, and placed sod. We knew exactly what we wanted and Suncrest worked with us finishing the yard.</p> <p>The front yard was a different story, all we knew was that we wanted drought tolerant landscape, no lawn. Troy provided design plans to submit to our HOA. We have a very exacting HOA. In addition to the design plans the HOA wanted a drawing of the drip watering system, colors of boulders, pictures of each type of plant in the dormant stage and fully grown. Troy fulfilled requests for additional information from our HOA promptly and pleasantly. "<p>Of the arborists we got estimates from, it was clear that Jeff is an expert in his field. We had the neighbor's permission to thin, cut back, etc.. on his tree, but not only can that go wrong, but I learned that it can be done in a way that will encourage even -more- growth on our side in both the branches and the roots. That was the cheaper way we had been quoted, but we're convinced this is the -right- way. Jeff took the chance of not getting the bid by having a higher price than the other guys, because he knew in the long run this would serve us better. It won't sacrifice their tree, and will save our property from the ever-encroaching tree. "We had them come out last August to spray and discuss a periodic treatment plan.  They were great and we signed up.  They come every two months and unless we see their truck, we don't even know that they are there.  However we've called them out twice for specific issues (birds one time) and they are very responsive and very professional.  Since we are signed up for their periodic service, there is no charge when they come out for an extra call-out. <br /> They are fantastic. <br />"
