They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air. "I came across Cory's company, CC & J, while looking for local concrete paving companies. He came out to do an estimate and I was unable to make it. I manage a large 20+ acre property that used to be an old working farm and now has 4 houses, 2 apartments, a large barn wth original slate roof, and a couple of other storage buildings/garages.The painting contractor I use is a friend and I asked him to meet Cory for me and explain what I needed. His reaction was very positive after their meeting. He said he was impressed with Cory's knowledge and ability to explain everything that needed to be done. His proposal came in below what the other contractors had offered and so I accepted it. Since then, I have had his company do the various jobs listed above. He is a really great person. Always responds to my calls and messages. He works very hard to get me what I need within the budget I have. He always has come in below the price I get from other contractors. I am really thankful to have found him as his advice as been invaluable to the direction my company has taken with this property. He is super busy so occasionally I have to wait to hear back from him or to have him finish some of the projects that aren't on a real strict deadline. I accept that because I also always need to make changes to our original plans and he works really well with me. He has a lot of patience! I have only two occasions where I would say the professionalism wasn't quite A+. It had to do with leaving some waste behind in a way that I would have preferred they hadn't. Even with that said, they were minor issues when I look at the complete services they offer and the excellent pricing and commitment to getting you what you need. <br />"
