"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

"Cesar and his workers' were prompt. Most importantly, they are efficient and professional individuals. They completed the home improvement projects as promised. Cesar also fixed another home improvement project; we had not discussed. Lastly, the team cleaned-up after they finished the home projects."

"Tony did everything exactly as promised -- and better. He called before he said he would; he arrived sooner and earlier than promised; he's friendly, polite, and efficient. He said that there are many ways to do anything, and that he always finds the best way. I agree. Tony works quietly, precisely, and effectively. He read the instruction manual and figured out how to solve installation challenges that were not mentioned in the documentation. He's obviously very experienced at all sorts of very useful work, and he doesn't take long to master the situation. The door works perfectly, and he affirmed that before leaving. He cleaned up the work area so that you couldn't tell anyone had been there with a drill and other tools. Our 3 cats are happy with the door. One mastered it right away and is showing the other two how to use it. The same night the door was installed, a wily raccoon appeared at nightfall and tried like crazy to push or pull the door open. Haha, Raccoon, we humans have finally outsmarted you! No microchip, no service!!!"

"Tony did an excellent job of repairing an interior door. Would highly recommend him.."

"James and his team did a good job on renovating our whole house. Before choosing James, we compared a few companies. We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. I would recommend them to my friends who are in need of a contractor. Oh, BTW, I like the music turned on when they were doing the work. A few cool guys to work with, and they made the stressful renovation project a little more enjoyable."

"Ethan did an excellent job in repairing a lower cabinet in the kitchen and fixed all the curtain rods that my husband didn't hang right in the first place. He also fixed the stopper trap in the master bath sink and fixed two pairs of closet doors that went off track. And he was responsive when we called. Give us an estimate and time slot right away. I highly recommend hiring him for projects around the house. I will use him again and again."

"Excellent repair service. Highly recommend"

"Diego did an incredible job repairing our air conditioning unit! he arrived quickly, identified the issue almost immediately, and had everything up and running in no time. Not only does the unit run like brand new now, but Diego was also super friendly. He took the time to explain what went wrong and gave me a few great maintenance tips along the way. Highly recommend Diego if you need fast, efficient, and expert HVAC service!"
