"Done over 4 days to grind down concrete, fill cracks, then apply 2 coats of cement followed by 2 coats of base paint and 4 applications of coloring. Looks great and received many compliments. We can see the outline of a few cracks, but not a big deal as need to look for them."

Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside. "From price estimate which was competitive, two month's later actual on site completion, owner Fred Ferrer was responsive to a number of questions that came up during that period of time and always called back. This company uses Sherwin Williams paint. My wife and I went to a Sherwin Williams paint store asking about the type of paint to be used and a comparison of other types of Sherwin Williams paint offered by competitors. We were told that the paint is superior in durability and coverage. Jorge Maldonado and crew came over and acrylic coated the home, caulked and trenched the home. They then painted the home and went beyond to accommodate us. Jorge is an utmost professional with customer service being #1. Highly recommend."

"They had to reorder materials and so there was a delay. New material was not the same. Individual pickets slide - I didn't see that with first material I was quoted ...and places have been easily scratched/dented especially at gate area. I had also asked the person doing the quote to close up open areas at the bottom of the fence across rear of previously installed fence...he said no problem but I had to remind crew and then they used scrap pieces that weren't even smooth and it looked bad with nails that attached it sticking out. Neighbor behind me knocked the pieces they installed out due to the bad look on his side. So I had to patch with portable pieces (stick in the ground fencing from Home Depot) the best I could so dogs can't escape. It doesn't look great and a couple of the old scrap pieces hang out from it that I can't remove. They did work around an unusual shaped area and that turned out nice."
