"Luke was very polite and professional. I had submitted a request for work in the morning and he had responded within about four hours. I described my issue and he was able to provide a rough estimate of what the work would entail. We scheduled an appointment that was within two business days. I received multiple automated updates on the appointment, and the day of, Luke called about 30 mins in advance. To my shame, I hadn’t had vent serviced in over 20 years of residence . Luke got to work and had the issues identified and resolved within a couple hours. I’d absolutely recommend him for services. Cheers, mate!"

"This company does not do conscientious work. Chris seems to be more concerned with getting to his next call than spending the appropriate time to solve issues. Their work is sloppy because they do not do important things like re- taping plenums when they work on them or diagnosis beyond the 20 minutes they want to spend in your home. They do not ensure things are properly working. According to them everything is normal when you know it is not despite pointing out multiple issues when they arrive. All they worry about is taking pictures and videos to cya. They do not follow through and do a complete diagnosis and rush through hoping the problem will go away. And when the issues gets worse or they cause more problems they deflect and blame it on something else and gaslight you. Diagnosing via text is a thing now I guess. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess. 27 days later it is an ongoing problem and still broken and they will not respond. "

However, the first Angie contractor called half hour before the agreed upon scheduled time and canceled. Therefore I called Air Pro Bros back and James agreed to arrive same day. Once he arrived he addressed my concerns and ensured the job was handled professionally. Once completed he shared pictures, before and after. Fantastic contractor, for my first here, in Tampa area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions in Tampa for gutter repair or installation services. We contacted the company to address a gutter leak affecting one side of our home. The company provided an estimate, and we proceeded under the assumption that the leaking section would be replaced. However, the $2,950 estimate was solely for patching the leaks rather than a full replacement. When two technicians arrived, our security cameras showed that they brought only a ladder and did not transport any new materials to the affected area. We were surprised that nearly $3,000 was billed for what amounted to basic patchwork. Upon inquiring why the gutter was not replaced as expected, the company stated that my husband had approved the estimate. He did so believing it covered a replacement rather than minor repairs. We made a partial payment of $2,000, expressing concern over the high charge and the circumstances—particularly given my husband's age (77 years old). They obviously took advantage of an elderly person. We proposed making the final payment after the next rainfall to ensure the repairs were satisfactory. Today, we received written notice that unless we pay the remaining balance, the account will be referred to collections with an additional $500 fee. We paid the final balance to avoid having to fight this company and spent even more money for legal fees!! I also attached a picture to see how small this area really is …… This company should be ashamed of how they do business! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! If I could, i would rate this company a minus 5."

"I had received recommendations from others about companies with which to contract. Ryanalmighty was not One of them. This is a new company and I took a chance/gamble. I was somewhat convinced upon speaking with Ryan on the phone and realized I had made the right choice when he completed the work. He kept me informed about his projected arrival. After he came, he inspected the two pieces of furniture to clean, and wrote up the contract. He convinced me to add scotch guarding. When he completed the upholstery work, he brought to my attention that he had tested his cleaning product on my large Tibetan area rug and he felt that he accentuate the color by cleaning it. So I amended the contract for shampoo/clean the carpet. The carpet looks exquisite the following day. The furniture will need another day to dry with all the cushions that he cleaned. He looked over several other areas in my house and offered suggestions. He was careful, communicative and had very reasonably work. I recommend him highly."
