"Asked them to use a white paint for trim that would match existing white vinyl. They painted the trim cream so it didn’t match the white vinyl. As painters, you would expect they would know how to match paint colors. I had to hire another painter to fix the cream. Also, the house had new stucco around the new front door. The new paint on the stucco looked terrible; looked like a bad water stain around the entire door. Attract said it was a “bad stucco job” which is why it looked bad. While that may have been true, Attract should have pointed that out when we did the walk through and not after the job was done. The painting team worked hard and they were responsive. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was subpar. I did not end up hiring them for interior work."

However I recalled that two coats were sold to me as “spray/roll” then “spray/roll” again. But in fact the painter only did one “spray/roll” and told me that counted as two coats. On the plus side the paint job looks good. They did a good job approximating the old colors, making several trips out to apply samples. They did a good job applying elastomeric caulk to the stucco cracks. They also came back to touch things up after the main work was done. However about two weeks after their second short touch up visit I needed to touch up around a door that was installed after the paint job was done. I found a paint brush floating in the 5-gallon paint bucket, left there by a fivestar employee after their second 5 minute touch up visit. I have been unable to imagine a scenario in which this was accidental. The paint job looks good. So whoever you hire just be sure you get the number of coats straight before the job starts. You shouldn’t have to ask them not to leave paint brushes floating in the leftover paint bucket."
