The first item was sawing a plywood sheath, carrying it upstairs and installing it under a very soft mattress which had been exacerbating back pain issues. Laurie got right to work, was efficient and when she was finished, asked if there was anything else that needed attention. She even unscrewed the umbrella on the outdoor table and carried it into the basement for the winter season. In short, Laurie is exactly what is so rare to find these days: a highly skilled and versatile handyperson of excellence in the work that she does who has reasonable prices and is also caring and concerned about the customer’s needs.
