The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! "The owner arranges day and time one week in advance (day and time are not always the same) and is flexible if I have scheduling issues. Girls are prompt, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. They work together well and move through the cleaning efficiently. Vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen is thorough. Communication is an issue as the girls do not all speak English, but the owner is good about conveying messages to them. The owner is also responsive to any questions or concerns that I have, and is prompt with her replies to me."
