"Back Story: We purchased a house a bit over a year ago wherein our inspector failed to note the rough condition of our crawlspace. After much research, I decided upon Phillip Madden's Exterior Waterproofing. The project itself was completed last August; I wanted to put the project through the rainy season of Alabama to get an idea of how well it went before I posted my review. As my rating shows above, I am absolutely happy with the outcome. Phillip and his team came in and swept my crawlspace by storm. By the end of the first day, my crawlspace already looked fantastic. That is a lot to say about a crawlspace... The full project finished earlier, and I seem to recall that his team put in 7-8 yards of gravel. In other words, these guys worked tirelessly and hard. Upon completion of the project, I installed a humidity recording device in the crawlspace to monitor the area. It was stayed at an average of 47% since installation. Prior to installation, there was moisture dripping off of the air ducts. Moreover, the air quality in our house has improved SUBSTANTIALLY. Fortuitously, we had a gravity drain already fitted. As it turns out, we will need to drop the drain and have a sump installed. You can count on the fact that I am about to call Phillip to do that work."
