"When I first called I got an answering machine but they quickly returned my call.  I described what I wanted on the phone and they have a tentative estimate.   I was able to set an appointment for a few days later.   Two men arrived on time, measured the rooms, gave a firm quote and had me sign for it before the work was started.  They vacuumed the rooms first, then cleaned them. The carpet looks very good.  The drying time was longer than I was told it would be, but it was done at a time of year when there was a lot of humidity outdoors and it was not cold enough for the heat to come on very much.  They sprayed carpet protector free of charge on several heavy traffic areas.  I would definitely use this company again. <br />"
