"Marty was prompt to reach out and to respond. He was able to do the job quickly and was very accommodating. We hired him to clean our couch, which looked brand new when he was done. The only reason he did not get five stars all around is the main reason we wanted the couch cleaned was to get the smell of cat urine out. He did communicate that this is hard to do, however, he did not unzip the covers and soak/clean the inner layers, which left the cat urine smell. He did respond when I reached out to let him know about the remaining smell, and even offered a list of products we could buy and how to best use them, which was appreciated. Again he is very communicative and accommodating and would be great for anyone looking for services up other than the difficult removal of cat urine smell."

"I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."
