"Chuck came out and inspected my roof and took pictures and explained what I needed done. He sent me an estimate at what I thought was a fair price. His crew arrived to begin when he said it would. They took off all the tiles, replaced the dry base, replaced the tiles including using some new ones and repaired some facia and skylights. Although the estimate envisioned some potential additional costs --there were none. I would recommend him to anyone!! I would rate him on a scale of one-to-ten as an eleven.
