"Hector came out same day I first called him, to give me an estimate.  He is a very nice man. Once I confirmed I wanted them to do the job, they came out again to take some exact measurements.  The next time they came, they installed almost all of the enclosure except for the section above the upper wood beam.  I asked about that section, as Hector had told me it would be a total enclosure and I also asked about the replacement of the bedrooms wrought iron window openers.  Hector said they had been unable to buy the sections that go above the wood beam, as they usually buy those, but they no longer sold them.  He said he would make the sections out of wood and install them.  He also said they would replace the bedroom wrought iron window openers when they returned because they did not have the rods they needed with them at the time. 
When they returned, they installed the sections above the wood beam and I noticed they had made them out of the perforated metal screen instead of wood, so they matched the rest of the work.  That was vey nice.  They also replaced the bedroom wrought iron window openers.  They also painted the white caulking to match the wrought iron and that was very nice.
The job is now complete and it came out very nice, we are very happy with it. 
We would use them again, if we ever need more wrought iron.

"My washer would not work. Ordered a new timer and was unable to install it. Nick came right over (on a Sunday-which was amazing)! He did a great job installing the new timer and making sure the washing machine performed properly. He also did some small miscellaneous jobs for me and is very pleasant to work with. "Called and got an estimate the same day no problems; note that quoting here isn't very formal but it was fine for the work they did and payment a breeze so good for me. The job then went fine - the masonry part of the job adding to the wall was well done (a little light on the clean up but nothing awful, just know ahead of time that you won't have a pristine job site). The pillars they added by the gate look OK and seem structurally sound but may have been slightly off in measurement for the gate, then their attempt at re-hanging of the gate was somewhat botched but they also didn't balk when I told them to stop attempting it and just not charge me for that. They actually told me up front this was something they normally didn't do so it is partially my fault for going ahead with it. The price seemed reasonable for the work. If I had another straightforward masonry job I would consider hiring them again."
