"My home is an 81 year old 2 story structure needing Tuckpointing work. Received 3 bids on having the project completed in phases. ASAP Tuckpointing was not my lowest bid provided, nor were they the highest. What provided me confidence in choosing them was their craftsman, Martinez Smith, who came to my home, looked at the work that need attention, explained how they would perform the work & the materials that would be used for the repairs. The first job involved 2 chimneys (roof to cap), 75% of the north side of my home a 3 sided area below a front bay window. During our conversations, Mr. Smith was always conscious of the Social Distance norms, which was very much appreciated. I was satisfied enough with their work that I hired them for another section of my home, which has been completed. We are working now on having another, larger section of my home worked on. My conversations with the owner, Ms. Ganeisha Burks, have been nothing but pleasant; professional. I highly recommend that folks give this company an opportunity."

They built us a beautiful looking retaining wall at the rear of our house 4 years ago this month and were the low bidder by far--the bids ranged from over $17,000 to under $3000 for Finishing Touch with several others from 6k to 10k. I waited to post a review until now because build quality of a retaining wall can't be measured until after passage of time. Their wall has held up nearly perfectly over 4 years now so I believe it is justifiable to say it was properly built and the preparatory pre-construction work like ensuring drainage was all done well. On top of doing first rate work at the low price, a few months ago I contacted Mr. Watson about another potential job involving our crumbling and sagging concrete front steps and porch. He spent a good 20 minutes+ explaining we could get 90% of the benefit of redoing them by instead mud jacking them and using polymeric sand to fill a crack. He was right. "We hired KCB to grind out and tuckpoint a huge interior mid-century modern brick fireplace wall that had numerous cracks and some tacky previous repairs. It was a messy job, but they took every precaution to minimize the dust. They were extremely meticulous in their work, and the finished wall looks amazing.
