"After several coffee drips, cat hairballs, and years of wear, Mom's cream colored carpets were no longer cream colored. We planned to replace the carpet in a few months, but with family coming to town we needed to clean up the existing carpet first. Greg arrived on time, was very courteous, reviewed the carpet and gently suggested the restorative cleaning. He explained the advantages of shampooing first and then steam cleaning to get the best results, and was confident we would be happy with the finished product. We agreed to the service, but did not share his confidence that the stains around the chairs and dingy streak down the hall would come clean. Greg used the shampooer first, stopping to treat spots where needed. Already we could start to see the difference. Then he brought in the steam cleaner, and he explained that the carpets would get even brighter once he was done. He wasn't kidding! When he was done, the spots were gone, the dirty streak down the hallway was gone, as was the cat smell. Greg took the time to educate us on carpet care (two spray bottles, one with vinegar water and one with shampoo water at half the recommended concentration), use the vinegar water first for coffee and pet stains. After the cleaning, Mom decided she didn't need new carpeting after all. It's been two days now, and we both walk around saying "I just can't believe it, it looks SO GOOD!" I only have two regrets - first, that I didn't think to take before photos, and second, that we didn't have this done years ago. Really happy with the results, the value, and the service.
