Jon came out and picked up the area rugs to be cleaned off site. 3 weeks later, he brought them back and cleaned all of the carpets. He and his assistant arrived on time and got the job done in less than three hours. He put my area rugs back down and put the furniture back in place. Jon did tell me certain areas were very tough and though they look much better, there were impossible stains. The only drawback was time. They could not come out to do the carpets for 3-4 weeks so if you want yours done, make the appointment in plenty of time! It is worth it. <br />"
