"Moe did great power washing all the cement we have. Driveway, patio, and 2 large porches. He even did the front of the garage and any bird dropping on the house. Didn't charge for that. Hard worker, reasonably priced. To top it off Moe is very nice & easy to talk to."

Basement: remove a closet at the bottom of the stairs (about 10 feet wide and 3 feet deep) so we can build in a kitchenette/bar area there.5. Kitchen: a recent contractor installed cheap engineered wood on top of two layers of old flooring. We want to disassemble the kitchen island, move it out of the room (my husband is a licensed General Contractor, so can get the plumbing & electrical taken care of), cut the flooring along the line of the cabinets, and take the flooring out down to the original 1925 sub floor. We also need help carrying the island Silestone countertop to another room temporarily. We are pretty sure there is no asbestos, but will need to confirm. Thats the project.
