"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. On the day of the removal, the work crew arrived promptly at 8am.  They were quick to get started but still took time to answer my questions.  They were respectful and conscientious and did a great job.  They were also very safety-conscious.  There was some damage to a section of baseboard molding, but that was pretty minimal.
Overall, Jeff and his team did a great job, and we were quite satisfied with the work.

Daren runs the show and is a good communicator.  They did what they said they would do and stuck to the budget discussed.
His pricing was reasonable and they were very detail oriented which was a requirement.  The job took a little longer than expected due to cold weather, but it was finished as soon as the weather cooperated.
