We started in 1998 as Cornerstone Concrete & Masonry Inc. We were mainly doing just knew construction. Footings, block walls and all flatwork pertaining to a new home. In 2009 we expanded to Poured walls. Replacing our block division. Thus the name change. Now Concrete Solutions. We have done over 3,000 foundations and flatwork for new homes. As well as quite a few apartment complexes. Along with the new home construction. We have done 100's of tearout and replacement of concrete driveways & patios. We also do colored and stamped. All of our exterior jobs are reinforced with a grid of rebar. We keep all of our control joints at 5 feet or closer. "When we decided to remodel our basement I contacted several contractors and was kind of surprised at the lack of response I got from a number of contractors. It literally took weeks for one contractor to call me back and some just never bothered. This was NOT the case with Fair & Square. They were very responsive from the start and after meeting with me to review the details of what we wanted to do to finish out our basement they provided me a ballpark estimate for the project. They didn’t come in as the cheapest bid but it did fit within by budget and to that point they had been the easiest to work with and seemed the most interested in the project. We signed on to have them complete the job including adding a fireplace, sound insulation in the ceiling and my favorite, the Onyx shower surround in the bathroom. They took several weeks to complete the project and were great about making sure we knew what to expect and when. If an issue came up they let us know and offered reasonable solutions. The project came in within the cost range they originally proposed and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. I couldn’t really ask for more than that!"

"Bob put an addition on my home. I was impressed with how well the addition was leveled to the existing home. The addition was started in May and finished in late September. The work overall was very good, a minor issue that came up after the addition was finished was quickly resolved by Bob."

"Rossbach Construction has done many projects for us in the past. We do get competing bids for each project. Rossbach always is right in line with their prices and my wife and I feel that the quality of their work is always top notch. Never had a problem with previous work done. Work they have done for us in the past includes: Our lower deck and three season room addition to our house, Rossbachs built our new automotive shop from the vacant lot we purchased all the way to the end when we turned the key in the door to open our new place. Never had a problem. Great group of guys.

"Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."

"The project started at the end of last summer.  I met with Heinen Contracting as well as several other contractors, as this was a really bid deal for us.  Right from the start, Greg gave us some really good advice, and we actually ended up changing the scope of work based on his direction.  We had been planning this garage addition for a long time, but Greg's design was much better than what we originally wanted to do.  It created a better flow from the garage to the house, and saved us a lot of money on materials and labor.  He really knew what he was doing with the permitting, we pulled the permit ourselves, as homeowners, but we wouldn't have been able to do it without all his assistance. His office staff was helpful and always available when we needed advice.  They started in the fall and were really good about keeping the job site clean, even after that first early snow when the mud got really bad.  All of the crew were very professional and respectful of our space and privacy.  The workmanship was top notch.  They continued through the winter, with a lull over the holidays, as we requested.  They got right back to work every day the weather would allow and we were all signed off and ready to use our new garage and additional space early this spring. 
We loved working with Greg. He was very responsive, very professional and most of all he has GREAT ideas and is very creative.  He really knows his industry and it shows in the outcome.  I will definitely call him again when we are ready to tackle another big project.
