"Our First Clean was wonderful! We were so very impressed! Then we were assigned another family member to clean our home along with another person. Things were ok for several months, not stellar like our initial clean. Things left undone or lightly cleaned. And we were in contact with them to let them know when things fell short. We have extensive hardwood and from the beginning gave very specific instructions to how the floors were to be managed. Unfortunately-- a vacuum, with likely a beater bar was used on the wood, ruining about 500 square foot of flooring with hundreds of scratches. The cleaner didn't even realize this was occurring and went about her way cleaning the whole area and damaging the floor of a very large room. To top it off, to our mistake of allowing the company to continue, they scratched more flooring in another room about a month later. Ugg, we were speechless... In order to complete the repair had to have a mover come, a flooring company come, and then a mover again in order to get the room set back up. While Golden Rule did pay for the repair, they weren't caring enough to prevent it a second time. We were out of use of our bedroom for several weeks while getting this all corrected. The frustration and inconvenience of this incident was huge. We would recommend staying clear of this company at all costs. While it may seem they are local to St. Louis, apparently they are based out of Springfield IL having perhaps one local person. The phones are a bit strange as you aren't sure who you are calling or being forwarded to. And there seems to be some confusion over who handles which calls. Overall, a regret. Had we been assigned the first person, we would have likely been in good hands. -- Again we recommend AVOIDING this company."

"We had ABS window cleaning out to clean our windows. They were initially very responsive and kind. They came out at 3:30pm to do our entire house which I thought was interesting because I have had window cleaning before and it took them all day. I asked if they would do the windowsills and clean them up as well. They told me it would be extra and I said that would be fine. I asked when they initially called if they would bring a vacuum and they said “yes we do”. They got to the house and started cleaning. Within 30 min of them being there they were asking how we would be paying which I thought was weird as they just started and unprofessional at the bare minimum. They then cleaned for another 30 min and asked if it looked good. I took them to a window and asked if they could get these cobwebs out and he said “oh ya he’s gonna get them”. They left 10 min later asked if everything looked good. I didn’t think to go look as they said they would do it and I said yes which was my fault. They left and after looking around they never did the window as cobwebs were still in multiple windows and nothing had been vaccumed bc they had never brought a vacuum. I asked if they could come back by and they said they never heard me to do that window and was never shown, however were willing to come back. We scheduled for today at 3 pm for them to come back. They never showed up and never communicated. We had to call them and they made an excuse as to they were busy. We had an appt arranged and they said they then had to come tomorrow. All in all after 1 hour of cleaning and not ever getting anything cleaned to a 500 dollar standard they left cobwebs and dust in all my windowsills and streaks on the windows. 1 hour and 500 dollars for that and the unprofessional behavior is not worth your time or money. I have attached pictures for proof."
