"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"When I first spoke to the Sunpro, it was about the roof over my enclosed porch that had a leak and I was given a price. Then it was noticed that my roof had some spots that needed attention. I was given an additional price if I had both roofs taken care of at one time and one price if I wanted to wait to have the roof done at another time. After talking to my husband, we decided to have it all done at one time. Just 2 days after both roofs were taken care of we had some heavy rain and not one leak."

"Actually, for the situation, I would say great. Listen, this was a challenging, emotional time for a lot of folks so it is important to keep things in perspective. Understanding the logistical challenges King faced and to able to keep relatively close to the original schedule was amazing. Even though the schedule was about a week behind (still amazing) his guys worked sun up to well passed sun down, through the weekend, and through cold and rainy whether. Hats off to his field crews as they were always polite, courteous, and respectful to leave things better then they were when they started (i.e. picking up loose debris and materials from the yard even if it wasn't theirs)."

"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

They were able to place an emergency tarp for me with short notice when everyone was scrambling after a hurricane. Their workers are very hardworking and do an excellent job. I know I can count on their work being done right. I highly recommend this company. We are so glad we used them first for a roof repair & then for roof replacement & for any follow up roof leak concerns and now for an emergency tarp on another property I own."

"The crew covered the washer vent and 4 sc rews pierced the ceiling in our front lanni. After pulling the screws 2 patches were added to our new roof. Owner credited me $500, Can only hope the roof holds up."

"Every interaction with Kennedy *after I paid my down payment* was marked by rudeness from start to finish. I just paid, was met w rudeness yet again, so said I would be reviewing them. Owner(?) said Go ahead, defamation is a real thing! That threat, while not surprising given all previous interactions, will not sway me from giving an honest review of the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism of the entire company. First, salesman did the math wrong on the contract and then treated me like I just did not understand how roofing works, until he realized h would done the arithmetic wrong. After down payment, I did not hear anything, so I called. And called. And called. I just wanted a callback to have some sense for a timeline but weeks went by w no response. At all. When work started and I had questions (appropriate for consumer), was treated rudely for asking and for sharing concerns about rudeness. And now this. The most unprofessional company I?ve ever worked with, start to finish."
