They wound up coming on a different day and time than agreed and when I wasn't home to perform the job. They did contact me and with approval, did the job. It was agreed that they would return for payment, however they have never returned. I'm very satisfied with the job that they did, but I'm not sure what's going on."

His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew!
