Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"I was refered to Bell Mechanical LLC by a fellow engineer at my plant. She went out for several bids and Bell won. She is a tough customer was very happy with their price and work. I called the office and spoke with James Bell. We made an appointment for a visit to work up an estimate. James arrived right on time and looked over both of our AC/Furnace units. He gave me a 'ball park" estimate on the spot and I had a final estimate with several different options in my email within a couple of days. The prices were good enough that we did not pursue any other bids. We arranged a date for installation and his crew was there right on time. Note that James did not request any payment until the job was completed and cleaned up. The guys finished about when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. James even stopped by to see how the job was going mid afternoon. We are very pleased with Mr. Bell and will call him out to replace our other airconditioner/furnace when the government pays me to do it again. I highly recommend Mr. Bell."

I was very nervous about having someone cut a sizable hole in the side of the house , because I had never done that or seen it done before, and it was a new house. Will showed up after work in the early evening and quick work of it. He came in, was very courteous, and got down to business. The door was installed properly and worked on the first try. Will finished the job in about an hour, and was thankful for the business when he finished. He told us if we had any trouble with the installation of the door in the future to feel free to call him.
