"Our energy company provided a free audit that revealed that the insulation in our walls was very low due to settling. They recommended a company, whom I called. They offered to dense-pack gaps for the walls, attic and the space between the first and second floor for around $7,500. <br /> I called Momper, who gave a bid for the same service, for under $5,000. The salesman explained that this was a and quot;worst caseand quot; price, assuming the walls were completely empty. Since there was some insulation, he said the price would likely be less. He even gave me a rule of thumb, just to give me an idea, but explained he could not nail it down because they can't tell how much insulation actually exists in the walls. After the service was performed, the actual bill was for under $2,000. It was a very pleasant surprise. <br /> The actual insulation is made of recycled newspaper. It is a very good insulator and makes great use of what would otherwise be a waste product. <br /> The service was completed in about five days. The technician removed pieces of siding, drilled a hole, filled the space with insulation, and replaced the siding. By all appearances, we would not otherwise know any work had been done. <br /> While the coldest days have yet to come, we have noticed a big difference. When the heater runs, it stays warm, long after the fan has stopped. "I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Professional, reasonably priced and perfectionists definitely sticking to their slogan of and quot;DONE RIGHT, DONE ONE TIME!and quot;! Thank you for making this project happen so successfully in such a short time and doing such a wonderful job. I appreciate your work ethic! "As an avid DIY'er, I'm always skeptical when I need to hire someone to do work for me. My experience with Factory Plaza couldn't have been better. When I visited their showroom, I was greeted by a member of their staff who handed me a price list and directed me to the area where I could view the various slabs of granite. There was an area there where you could also take samples from at no cost. I spent about 45 minutes looking around without any sales pressure. When I had some questions one of the men there answered them and was very pleasant. I took several samples home and after deciding on what I wanted I placed a call and spoke with Mario to set up an appointment for measuring. The gentleman who came to measure (Simon) was very professional and explained the process to me while he made a template for the counter top. He stated that it would probably be 10 -14 days until the tops would be fabricated and installed. I was pleasantly surprised later that afternoon when I received an email from Mario saying that the install date would be the following Thursday, which was only one week! The installers showed up as promised and did a great job. They were very professional and took care to cover my new hardwood floors with drop clothes before they brought any of their equipment in. I am very pleased with the job Factory Plaza did on my counter tops. The price was very reasonable and the work done was high quality. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The granite was even sealed! I plan on using them again in the not too distant future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Factory Plaza!!"

"Our home received hail damage during the April 2013 hail storm.  Company was recommended by insurance agent.  The company came and inspected the house for damage and provided a written report and estimate to repair damage.  The insurance company accepted the report and estimate and we agreed to have Hays & Sons do the repair work.  The work was scheduled and completed.  The work was scheduled in different intervals.  A couple of times work was scheduled for a certain day, then had to be rescheduled, hence the B grade on punctuality.  The work was completed and done well. <br />"
