Mikel was able to save most of the existing interior trim and was reused. The exterior trim was replaced with new. The crew worked productively all day, every day. The exterior and interior was cleaned, tools and materials stored away in our garage each day. Mikel would explain his process and suggest options that ultimately saved us money.
