Very quickly I had a walkthrough, discussed all potential jobs and had an estimate! They installed some baseboards, relocated a wall-mounted TV, installed 2 new ceiling fans, re-caulked the main bathtub/shower combo and fixed some issues with my vinyl plank flooring. Then the paint...they had to smooth all of the walls and sand down before repainting with the best quality paint. Ten Home really did transform my home into something I can be proud of again! We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. He power washed old stain off, fixed and repaired bad and rotten wood, re-stained the desk. We had a board replaced on our siding, and wanted to just paint and match the board to the building without also repainting the entire building. "Daniel and his team did an excellent job painting the entire interior of the home from the ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim and doors to the closets and the garage. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice on colors and gloss. They were very quick and efficient, finishing the home in 7 days and that is with multiple coats of paint. The walls and closets had lots of damage and holes but Daniel and his team did a superb job patching them all up. Their painting was very clean too as the edges and wood trim did not have any paint drip. Daniel even helped me by installing a closet door, replacement of bad deck planks and fixing a missing baseboard! He provided receipts for all paint purchases and his price was very fair. Highly recommended!"
