"Technician knew what he was doing. Work was completed quickly. Cleaned up after himself. Provided me with all warranty's and explained any issues that may occur and what to do if they did. Reviewed all work completed and physically showed me what he did which included added surge protectors to the HVAC system, full house generator, cable system and the circuit breaker panel. He also went above and beyond and removed some nasty hornet nests near his work area. Definitely will use him again."

He arrived punctually as agreed, worked fast and efficiently to install my new Generac GP 17,500, tested it, teached me how to operate it, all of that in the span of a couple of hours. After leaving, he even called me to remind me to register the generator at the manufacturer web site to ensure a valid/timely warranty. In-Phase was not the cheapest bidder for my project, but it was certainly the best I could find. Now, my home will be fully powered in case of an outage. The two estimates from other pros were much lower. In addition to high estimate, the estimate itself was very generic computer generated. Estimate was not very descriptive considering the high price."

"They were exemplary! I've never owned a generator and after their visit, I already feel like a pro. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."
