I used their services for two years, paid top dollar, and expected it would benefit my yard—but it now looks worse than when I started. I’m even having to replace my sod. I reached out hoping to speak with a manager to discuss options or at least express my concerns. Instead, I was met with indifference. Both managers(Chris/adam) seemed uninterested in my feedback and made no real effort to resolve the issue or retain my business. There was no apology, no resolution—just a generic, dismissive response. To make matters worse, I was charged a $300 fee after canceling, supposedly because a service was scheduled within 30 days—despite the fact that I had raised concerns and expressed intent to cancel for over two months. I’ll be sure to let my neighbors and friends know my experience."

"Trapline is quite a knowledgeable company. Thank you for quick peace of mind. They know their business! The co-owner Gladys is patient, explaining squirrels' habits & the process of removing them humanely. Cory was very professional. On the first day, he determined the possible entry points & installed an exclusionary cage in the probable frequent entry point to capture squirrels living in the attic. He also installed temporary foam in several nearby points to test whether other squirrels might use them as backup. The sounds of scratching in the walls that we've heard for months, stopped within 24 hours! Cory returned 2 days later; he removed the cage & made it a point to show me the 3 squirrels in the cage that he would transport to a new location so they wouldn't be able to return to my attic. He then installed foam cord & screens to secure the foam cord in 9 possible entry points. Haven't heard a peep in 13 days! The one year warranty eases my mind. I give Trapline the highest recommendaton!"
