"I called Aire Serv perform routine maintenance on my central A/C systems (I have 3).  I bought the house a little over 9-months ago, and after the hot summer we had last year, I wanted to make sure that everything was in proper working order before the summer arrives.  I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days.  I was in no rush since this was not an emergency situation.   <br /> The technician arrived on time and quickly got to work after I pointed out the location of the three condensing units.  He spent approximately 1 hour per system cleaning and testing it.  He found that each of my larger systems was 1.5 pounds low on Freon, which he believes was due to loose valve caps on the air handlers in the attics.  Also, he found a switch that was nearly burnt on one of my units that could potentially lead to a system failure during the summer.  He had the part on his truck and was able to replace it on the spot for around $100.   <br /> <br /> Lastly, he found a major Freon leak in the evaporator coil of my smallest unit, which will requires replacement.  Fortunately I have a home warranty and was able to call and request Aire Serv as the service provider to conduct the repair.  The warranty company  has decided to cover the replacement of the entire air handler for this system, so I will be leaving a review of Aire Serv's performance on the air handler repair later.   <br /> <br /> Overall, the experience with Aire Serv was excellent.  The technician was very courteous not to get dirt and grass all over the inside of the house and was professional from beginning to end.  "

"Bert was very professional, honest, and dependable.  He answered my call immediately and responded to my request for service with-in 2 1/2 hours of my 1st phone call.  He also called when he was on the way and was on time for the service.  He checked and cleaned the A/C unit inside and out, checked pressure levels, flushed drain, and only charged me an annual spring maintenance fee of $99 for the service call.  He also added me to his annual spring maintenance service call list, which will save me an additional 10% discount on future spring service.   <br />"

"I have been delighted with Montgomery. They are absolutely wonderful. I do twice a year. They come out and do maintenance on my system in the fall and the summer. The price is within line of everyone elses. I could have and I didn't but I may but they give you a little bit of a break if you sign a contract with them. I have to wait to see how somebody works before I sign a contract but I think I may. The fact that they are there. My air conditioner went out on a Saturday and of course for everybody else even if they have a 24 hour service, most of them do, you're gonna have to float a loan to pay for what they did. That man had never heard of me before. I called him and it happened to be the owner. He was on call. He came and he does not live near me either, but he got out here within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem and got me rolling. I can't tell you how wonderful that is. That's the reason I switched to them. He is just as nice as can be. They are wonderful. I am using them now and unless they do something really horrible I will be using them."
