"This project involved completely gutting a dated kitchen and bathroom, and relocating a laundry room. The renovations required a whole host of new plumbing and electrical work, new windows, cabinets and flooring. The finished product is nothing short of spectacular, and we plan to hire Mr. Louis Rogge and his team to renovate the home’s remaining two bathrooms as soon as possible. Mr. Rogge treated my entire family with the utmost respect and professionalism from the moment we called to inquire about an estimate until the day he finished. His pricing was exceedingly fair, and the job was completed early. The entire process was a joy! Mr. Rogge followed up numerous times to confirm that everything had been completed to our satisfaction. His crew exceeded every expectation and took tremendous pride in their work. They also took care to identify potential issues or hazards as they got to know the new-to-us home, taking the initiative to make corrections or suggest remedies that will save money and frustration down the road. "Overall, it went very well. I was very happy that the man who did the estimate was the same man who came out and did the work. Mr. Dupre even came out to my house the Saturday before the job started and applied a sample to make sure the stain color was what I wanted. <br /> I live north of Baton Rouge and that (along with traffic) caused Mr. Dupre to be a little late some of the scheduled work days. <br /> I did not get a competitive quote because I found very few providers who do actual refinishing and the price seemed reasonable based on the amount of time needed to do the job properly. I don't know if "refacing" would have been cheaper, but I wanted to keep the wood grain pattern and I think "refacing" removes that natural look. Mr. Dupre did need to come back a few days after the job was done to touch up the polyurethane on some of the cabinets. <br /> The cabinets are more glossy than I had anticipated, but I am not going to fault Mr. Dupre for this. They look excellent in my opinion. <br /> I would definitely recommend Quality Coatings for painting and refinishing. <br /> <br /> **Updated. I have been trying to get in touch with Mr. Dupre for two weeks now to change the finish from semi-gloss to matte. No response. Maybe he's very busy with other jobs."

Tony came out next day, repaired it so fast and so good that you cannot even tell there was even a hole! Very professional work! They were clean and nice and worked on our schedule. First of all, I'm found him to be truly knowledgeable of the carpentry trade. He showed me things I needed to have done that hadn’t occurred to me. Second, after having priced building materials myself, he showed me how I could save money by buying better materials from a less expensive supplier. Third but not least, I find Jerry to be a very honest person. After getting several estimates from other companies, he quoted me a price I knew to be a truly fair price.
