"Louis and Glen are the best. They did a full remodel on our master bedroom and bathroom. This included turning flat ceiling into cathedral ceiling, new drywall and insulation, new wood and tile flooring, full closet reworking, new tub and sink, new bath tile, new windows, new mini-split a/c unit, new light fixtures, and new exterior siding. He gave us a timeframe, and sure enough, the project was finished up within that timeframe. No delays, no excuses. All the work is extremely high quality. We told Louis what we wanted, and he worked with us to make decisions that were reasonable for our space and within our price range. If one of our ideas wouldn't work, he'd take the time to explain why. He never tried to push us to anything more expensive than we wanted. He works with excellent electricians (Ray and Francis), excellent painters, excellent sheetrock guys, and excellent frameless shower installers. Throughout the work, Louis kept telling us that all he wanted for us was to have something that would be special for our family. That's exactly what he gave us. After the big bathroom/bedroom remodel, we've gone back to him again for an additional shower installation, some electrical work, and even some roofing. I would trust Louis with any project. Unlike other contractors that we spoke to, Louis is extremely responsive, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Most contractors are flaky. Not Louis. He's easy to get a hold of, and he'll be there when he says he'll be there. If he does work for you, you will be his priority."

"Repairs to my Mother's roof were good, survived a 4 inch rain fall in two hours. The work on the workshop went very well. It started to rain about an hour before completion of the job but the guys kept on working and finished. The temperature had dropped a lot but they kept right on until the job was done. In the dark and rain they cleaned up the site very well."

"The owner of Gateway roofing came to my house the same day as the insurance adjuster which was a great comfort to me. I received the first check from the adjuster for my roof that same day and they scheduled the roof for the following Tuesday which was wonderful. He came back the next day (a Saturday) to measure the roof, coordinate with subcontractor for inside repairs and roof installation. He was very punctual at all meetings and explained everything and answered any questions that I had. That Tuesday they were at my house at 7:30 am and the new roof was on by 5;30 pm. "Brian's crew did a turn key job removing and replacing shingles. Job also required torch seal flat roof along with 62 square of Atlas Pinnacle lifetime shingles. New valleys, edging, roof jacks, ridge vents etc. The crew showed up at 0700 and job was done at 1900. Job site was cleaned up and everything hauled off. One guys' job was to police the job site and use a magnet throughout the day to find nails. Crew was respectful and hard working. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and have been working together as a team for quite awhile. Nalo(sp.?) was the crew leader...professional, attentive, responsive and friendly. Brian and Nalo have worked together for 11 years."
